ATSF 9842, ATSF 9843, ATSF 3337, and ATSF 1428
Description:
ATSF 9842 and ATSF 9843 are waiting to be picked up from San Bernardino and head east for new lives with Peabody Coal. Meanwhile, ATSF 3337 and ATSF 1428 wait in the yard for their next assignment. With the exception of only two cars (a TTX flat and a tank car), every other freight car in this photo is Santa Fe, from covered hoppers to side dump gons to boxcars to reefers to an eight door hi-cube.
